Our first day with Marlo

She is such a doll and was very nice to her Aunty

A Taste of Spring

The boys and I decided we were too warm driving in the car,

so we grabbed the boys' transportation devices and drove to the park.

It was SO nice to be outside-

Though it made me sad that it is only February and I want it to be June so bad.

Max is so impressive on his Razor, (well actually it's Andrew's, I guess I better buy him his own!)

And I still can't stop gushing over his toothless smile.

Jack LOVES his car from his Grama. It is a little hard to push when he constantly leans his head up to give his Momma a kiss, But I don't mind :) Oh and I'm not sure if I mentioned this before, but Jack is no longer crawling!

In fact- he is almost running!

Matt kicked my butt.
I got so excited about my 2lbs-in-a-week-weight-loss, I kinda went crazy and ate a lot of chocolate. Mmmm......
But no more cheating!

Max lost his first tooth!

Sammi Weekend!

Friday night,

I picked one of my best friends, Sammi, from the airport.

We went to dinner at Z Teja's and had delicious Jalepeno margaritas- MMM!

And we laughed.

Especially about the ridiculous parking lot at Gateway.

We decided that if we go to Hell, it will look a lot like a parking garage!

ah ha ha ha

Saturday, after completing our "Mini-Makeover" Sammi, Lou, Chase, and Miss Marlo, came over for a Valentine's dinner! We ordered Indian food and made Sammi a fan of it too! We are partay animals and played board games all night :) But I can say I was so happy to have my drunk, foul-mouthed Lindsey back, it has been TOO LONG since you've been away! Chase could not stop playing Scene-It, so no one left till after 1:30am. Matt just fell asleep during the middle of the game, ha ha. Max is a CRAZY dancer and was crackin all of us up! I love all my Valentines and I am so lucky to have such hilarious and loving people in my life!

Ok, it was late. The boys fell asleep on the Love Sac, and we couldn't help but play a little trick on them! Max's makes me feel bad, but it is still FUNNY!!!


Sunday, we went over to Dr. Charlie's house for his post-Wedding party. I am SO glad I went. We got to see all the old residents we used to work with, and it made me miss the old Clinic 6 SO much. I love all those guys! Ana- this picture is for you! We missed you!

Congrats Charlie and Deb! We are so happy for you guys!

It was a FABULOUS weekend!!!

We'll miss you Sammi- until Lake Powell in 15 weeks!

No more free weekends! We must do good ALL week long!

12 Month Stats

Jack weighed in at 24lbs and 31in.
He is getting close to Max at that age- Max was 26lbs and 31in. It's hard to imagine Jack 2lbs chubbier, but that was Max!

Besides the 4 shots, we had another bit of bad news:

Jack's asthma has gone 1 step further, so now we have to use a preventative steroid medicine. That means I have to give him a nebulizer treatment everyday :(

Bummer.

But at least it should help his asthma all together.

Oh and I definitely had to add on this picture of Max and his Wolverine-doo. He made me re-take his picture over and over to make sure he was making his "chings" look right.

PS- Did you see those killer shoes Jack has on? They are my favorite shoes ever. Thanks Grampa Dan!!

Jack's Jungle Jim Party

The kids had so much fun at Jungle Jim's.
My sweet Jack didn't quite know what was going on,

but he did smile on the rollercoaster and he knew how to steer

the spaceship with his cousin, Jessie.

He loved the safari ride too! (That used to be me and my bros favorite!)

He was standing up to steer and was so serious about it!

My uncle Brad had fun on that ride too- hee hee :)

Man, was that place crowded though! That's what we get for having a winter baby-

it's so much harder to plan a party indoors! So it seemed everyone had

our same idea and there were about 10 other parties going on.
Thanks so much to everyone that came!! I love you guys so much

and you really made Jack's day special.

We had a fabulous time playing pool (though I am TERRIBLE) and eating a yummy dinner at Red Rock (aioli is the best invention of all time- Linds you know what I'm talking about) The beer was a little too good, so I had to take Matty home early.
