Our Bathroom is Done!

So here is our bathroom before- it is so old and gross...

And after about a month of Matt's hard work, gutting the enitre thing- he did an amazing job!! Adding another shower head, tiling the shower, floor, and countertop, painting, tearing out the linen closet to add SO much space, new moulding, painting the cabinets black, hanging the mirror and all the hardware, and installing a new sink and bathtub!!! AMAZING JOB MATT!!! I am so lucky to have a handy man like you!!

Bruno the Giant

Our sweet puppy is growing faster than we could have imagined. Here is a picture of Bruno and Max when we first got him (He is about 5 weeks old).



And here is Bruno today (about 11 months old). Not even a year has gone by and he is GIANT!!! He is so sweet just like Sesi. They are the calmest, nicest dogs in the world. Though they LOVE to tease the dog in the yard behind ours. If I am telling Sesi what a pretty girl she is, Bruno can't stand it and has to jump on me. And for a dog that stands 6 feet or more, his jump puts his paws on my shoulders... easily...

Jack is 2 months!

Jack went in for his 2 month appointment today to see Dr. Charlie. He is 10lbs 12.7oz which is big but seems small to us! (Max was 13lbs 3oz at 2 months) He is doing great- yay! Charlie decided he didn't want to combine any shots, so he had 5! And, an oral one, and tylenol! So he was filled up with meds today. He is growing so fast.

Bathroom Re-do Update

Matt has torn out the shower insert and the tub, torn out the old floor. Then, he re-piped the shower, so now we have a shower head on each side! Woo woo! Then, put in our much bigger tub and the backerboard and now he is tiling!! The tile is looking SO AMAZING and he is doing such a great job, especially considering this is his first time tiling or re-doing any bathroom. (I can hear him in there right now getting mad because one tile is off by like 1/8in- he is a perfectionist!!!) We will be painting and doing the floor tile this weekend, I can't wait for it to be done!! This is Max "showering" in the sink before we installed our bathtub. He LOVES it!! (But he barely fit, ha ha ha)
